The Committee on Youth and Sports is composed of a Chairperson, a Ranking Member, a Vice Chairperson, a Deputy Ranking Member, and no more than thirteen additional Members. The Committee is responsible for addressing matters related to youth and sports, which are referred to it, and holds the jurisdiction to investigate and inquire into the activities and administration of ministries, departments, and agencies under its mandate. This authority also extends to examining proposals for legislation.
