The Committee on Foreign Affairs and Regional Integration is composed of a Chairperson, a Ranking Member, a Vice Chairperson, a Deputy Ranking Member, and no more than thirteen additional Members. This Committee is responsible for examining matters related to foreign relations and holds the authority to investigate and inquire into the activities and administration of ministries, departments, and agencies under its mandate. Additionally, its investigative and inquiry powers may extend to proposals for legislation.
