The Majority Leader, Hon. Mahama Ayariga has disclosed that the House is expected to adjourn sine die on Friday 19th December 2025. Presenting the Business Statement for ninth week ending Friday 19th December 2025, Hon. Ayariga who is also the Chairman of the Business Committee urged Chairpersons of Committees to treat all pending referrals with the urgency deserved and report on same expeditiously. The Majority Leader also used the opportunity to commend the Speaker, Deputy Speakers and all Hon. Members for the sacrifice and devotion to the business of the House throughout the Meeting. “The Committee looks forward to a smooth discharge of the business proposed for the last week of the Meeting before the House adjourns sine die” he added. Within the week under review, eight (Ministers have been programmed to appear before the House to answer 41 questions. The Ministers are Minister for Food and Agriculture, Minister of State in Charge of Public Sector Reforms, Minister for Roads and Highways, Minister of State in Charge of Government Communications, Minister for Larbour, Jobs and Employment, Minister for Local Government, Chieftaincy and Religious Affairs, Minister for Trade, Agricbusiness and Industry, Minister for Tourism, Culture and Creative Arts.
