REQUEST FOR WRITTEN MEMORANDA

The Parliamentary Select Committee, Legal and Parliamentary Affairs wishes to bring to the attention of the General Public that the under listed Bills have been laid in Parliament and referred to the Committee for consideration and report:

 

  • Criminal Offences (Amendment) Bill, 2021
  • Office Of Special Prosecutor (Amendment) Bill, 2021
  • Promotion of Proper Human Sexual Rights and Ghanaian Family Values Bill, 2021

    The committee therefore request for written Memoranda in respect of the above-mentioned Bills. The Memoranda must reach the Committee not later than Thursday 30th September, 2021 through the postal or email address below:
