The Committee on Constitutional and Legal Affairs is composed of a Chairperson, a Ranking Member, a Vice Chairperson, a Deputy Ranking Member, and no more than nine additional Members. The Committee is responsible for examining issues pertaining to constitutional and legal matters, addressing matters related to the Office of the Attorney-General and the Ministry of Justice, and possessing the jurisdiction to investigate and inquire into the activities and administration of ministries, departments, and agencies under its mandate, including proposals for legislation.
