The Committee on Roads and Transportation, consisting of a Chairperson, Ranking Member, Vice Chairperson, Deputy Ranking Member, and up to thirteen additional members, oversees matters pertaining to roads and transportation. Its responsibilities include: (a) reviewing matters referred to it by the legislature; and (b) conducting investigations and inquiries into the activities and administration of relevant ministries, departments, and agencies, including the examination of legislative proposals within its purview.
